Every person has their own level of experience when it comes to exercising, and each individual has a responsibility for their own health.
LEGAL POLICY
You understand that there are inherent risks associated with participating in exercise and acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
You accept that it is your responsibility to exercise only within your capabilities and take care of your own safety.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated in relation to sessions and facilities.
You accept that it is your responsibility to consult your GP before exercising if you have a medical condition of any kind which may impact on your ability to exercise safely. This includes, but is not limited to: cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, muscle, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy; allergies.
